Manage end-to-end operations flow -- ensure smooth operations in line with strategic targets,
>Report daily operating metrics -- track and report on daily metrics,
Dispatching -- ensure orders are being dispatched from the retail sites in a consistent and timely manner,
Rider performance management -- partnering with the Delivery Operations team to execute on rider onboarding and performance management.
Monitor delivery agent movement and provide support ( App issue, security, safety, inventory etc).
Monitor on time delivery on packages by line haul vehicles to delivery associates at designated reporting points.
Coordinate with packages sorting center to check the package dispatch status, Return packages, line haul vehicles departure and arrival.
Manage e-commerce order processing and inventory fulfillment.
Accurately process customer quotes and sales order.
Monitor and investigations all orders to minimize fraud.
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, including taking orders, troubleshooting web problems, and resolving customer concerns.
Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues.
Interact routinely ( telephone and email) with customers, sales team, supply team and warehouse.
Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
Proccess returns merchandise authorization.
Prepare reports (package delivery status, Riders, daily customers orders as per the different offer types. Major issue face from rider and customer side, calls received etc).
